Our Policy

● Minimum age is 18 years.
● Valid ID proof may be required at entry.
● Charges for any damage will apply as per Hideout’s pricing.
● Cleaning charges of ₹500 or more may be applied based on condition—decided by
Hideout.
● Legal action may be taken for extreme policy violations or property damage.
● No smoking inside the hideout. You may smoke in the balcony area. Smoke detectors
are installed. Smoking indoors can damage sensitive equipment (e.g., projector) and will
incur charges.
● Loud music is not allowed. Please respect nearby hideouts and neighborhood silence.
● Advance payment is required for booking and for all add-ons.
● For extensions, you must book additional hours via the Hideout platform before your
current booking ends.
● No offline or on-spot extension will be allowed without app-based booking
