Gaming Hidout – Visitor Guidelines

We want you to have an amazing time here. To keep the Gaming Hidout smooth, safe, and fun for everyone, please keep these simple guidelines in mind:

Age Requirement

Guests must be 18 years or older to use the Gaming Hidout.

ID Check

A valid ID may be requested at entry. This helps keep everything safe and transparent.

Handle with Care

Please treat the room, furniture, Xbox console, controllers, and accessories with care.
Any damage to the console, controllers, games, or equipment will be charged as per the current market price of the new product.

Keep It Clean

If the space is left messy, a cleaning fee (starting at ₹500) may be applied.

No Smoking Indoors

Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the Hidout as it can damage electronics and equipment.
Smoking is allowed only in the designated area (if applicable).

Food & Drinks

Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks.
Please clean up after yourself so the next guests enjoy the same great experience.

Booking Extensions

If you’d like to stay longer, you can extend your booking online before your current slot ends.
On-spot or offline extensions are not available.

Stay Respectful & Legal

Please avoid any illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or actions that may disturb others. Such cases may lead to cancellation.

Extreme Situations

For major damage, misuse of the console, or repeated policy violations, Hidout may restrict future access or take further action if required.
